IT Governance Senior Expert

The desired candidate, assigned to IT Governance – IT Processes, will support the continuous evolution of the function with regard to the management, optimization and automation of IT processes such as incident management, change management, IT asset management.


In particular, she/he will be in charge of:

  • evolving the IT process governance framework according to the relevant reference norms, with a special focus on the DORA regulation;
  • contribute to the development and monitoring of the KPI system relevant to the management of IT processes, dealing with the related reporting towards the management;
  • proposing and leading optimizations of current process workflows, while developing the ServiceNow platform;
  • supervising the IT incident management process: classification, root cause and recurrence analysis, periodic follow-up to verify the effective implementation of corrective actions;
  • carrying out analysis of the correlation of incidents with the change management process by interfacing with the different Areas of the Information Systems Direction, with a view to implementing risk mitigation actions.

Furthermore, the candidate will have to interface with the Group Risk Management for all issues related to IT risk, supporting in particular the Loss Data Collection process up to the accounting of economic losses resulting from IT incidents. He/she will also be a coordinating figure between IT and the Permanent Controls function.




The person sought is ideally a master’s degree graduate in Management Engineering, Economics or related disciplines (high-school diplomas with compatible experience will also be considered), has gained experience in the banking sector in IT governance, IT processes, IT risks or in similar roles.

Excellent analytical and relational skills at all levels, ability to collaborate effectively with team members, excellent communication and presentation skills complete the profile. Different levels of seniority and experience will be considered.
