Well-Being, Work-Related Stress and Survey

We have been conducting Work-Related Stress Risk assessments and editing the Risk Assessment Document for more than a decade. These years of in-depth study have led us to the validation of a tool of our own, in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08, the MOSRQ© (Multifactor Organizational Stress Risk Questionnaire), validated on a sample of more than 200 companies (Zuffo R.G., Ferretti M.S., Multifactor Organizational Stress Risk Questionnaire MOSRQ: studio preliminare su dimensioni e struttura”, in Giornale Italiano di Medicina del Lavoro ed Ergonomia, 2012; Vol. 34, N. 2). We are also able to propose additional and specific levels of analysis depending on the criticalities encountered and/or the populations of interest.

Our extensive knowledge of corporate culture resulting from these assessments enables us to provide climate analyses and projects aimed to improve well-being within organizations. We analyze corporate environments and suggest strategies for communication, recognition and management of citizenship and engagement processes. We propose welfare/well-being and stress reduction plans, with a view to developing trust and commitment.

We work with an organizational approach and in accordance with the existing culture (Schein), in all sectors and on different kinds of population.

We use different tools and techniques to analyze contexts, processes, climate, with reference to psychosocial risks and to the necessary organizational frameworks (M&A, job insecurity…).

We collaborate with the various business functions and identify any problematic issue both in individuals, in professional groups and in the organization as a whole.

We also develop projects related to diversity and inclusion. We are currently undergoing the gender equality certification process according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice. Thanks to our expertise, we offer support and consultancy to companies at all stages of the certification and cultural change pathway, working alongside them from the assessment phase to periodic follow-up.
