Gender Equality & UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification

We help companies, according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice, to carry out all the analyses, actions, processes that rapidly facilitate Gender Equality audits by certification bodies (e.g. Bureau Veritas Italia, Certiquality, …).

Telema supports the client with regard to “the measurement, reporting and evaluation of gender-related data in organizations, with the aim of bridging the gaps that currently exist as well as incorporating the new paradigm related to gender equality into the DNA of organizations and producing a sustainable and lasting change over time” (UNI/PdR 125:2002, page 11).

Our expertise. Since 2012 we have been carrying out surveys and projects on  Work-Related Stress Risk  and drafting risk assessment documents. The proposed model, validated by the international literature (Zuffo R.G., Ferretti M.S., “Multifactor Organisational Stress Risk Questionnaire MOSRQ”, in Giornale Italiano di Medicina del Lavoro ed Ergonomia, 2012; Vol. 34, No. 2), is applied in more than 300 companies and on tens of thousands of workers. Our improvement programmes have been developed on the dimensions of organisation, people, wellness and helping interventions.

Our Work-Related Stress Risk and Gender Equality assessment projects are often conducted jointly and allow for a high level of quality, cost and time containment. We have relationships with certification bodies and can work closely with them.

From an operational point of view, sometimes with the support of other figures with specific skills of excellence, we help our clients to examine and develop the individual KPIs envisaged in the Areas defined by the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice (Culture and Strategy, Governance, HR Processes, Growth Opportunities and Inclusion of Women in the Company, Gender Pay Equity, Protection of Parenthood and Work-Life Balance). For each of these areas, we contribute to defining congruent policies and intervention strategies, and we carry out annual monitoring and biannual verification of the objectives set.

Our corporate values and our daily work routine pursue a climate of trust and mutual respect, in natural harmony with the principles of UNI/PdR 125:2022.
