We have a very good knowledge of some industries (manufacturing, automotive, fashion, digital, design, food and retail) because, besides having a systematic connection with these contexts, we study their medium and long-term evolutions, as well as the strategies and operating models of their different competitive systems.
We examine the organizational problem and our client’s needs in depth, both in a logic of candidates’ multi-level fit with the business scenarios and in a perspective of governance and main stakeholders; we also carry out meticulous diagnoses of the subjects’ capability to implement strategies consistent with the organization’s expectations.
We are able to manage possible change processes, have awareness of desired or necessary duration and propose candidates in line with it. We closely follow-up the integration of the candidates into organizations with a constant and effective monitoring of their inclusion.
