For a major banking group, we are looking for a:

Test Automation Senior Specialist

The resource will be assigned to Information Systems, within the Test Factory.

He/she will be the reference figure for the company’s software test automation activities, and will have the objective of managing, evolving and optimizing them.

In particular:

• will define the company’s test automation strategy, in agreement with the involved managers;
• will work to implement, improve and optimize software qualification processes;
• will be responsible for defining software test automation frameworks and guidelines;
• will be involved in the main ongoing projects in order to define the best ways/technologies/tools to effectively test software;
• will act as contact person and technical leader for internal and external testers and software development teams;
• will guide the company in the adoption of best practices in line with market and technological developments.

Requirements:

We are looking for people holding a degree with a technical/informatics/engineering orientation who have gained significant experience in testing, software engineering or similar roles within banking/insurance contexts, consulting/system integration companies or alike.

They have acquired solid expertise in the use of the main test automation technologies (unit, integration, component, API, end-to-end testing).

A good knowledge of the English language is appreciated.

Candidates with a technical diploma and with significant experience in the industry will also be considered.

The following characteristics complete the profile: ability to work on projects, interest in technological developments, perseverance and goal orientation.
