Industrial Controller

For the HQ of a multinational company specialized in solutions for the heavy industry and power generation sectors,

we are seeking an Industrial Controller (Rif. 08/24)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the financial activities of the company within an industrial context.

He/she will work closely with various business divisions to ensure accurate industrial control and provide strategic insights for overall financial performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control industrial financial activities, also for a foreign subsidiary company
• Analyze orders costs and develop strategies to optimize financial efficiency
• Prepare periodic financial report for the Group
• Collaborate with operational teams to optimize production costs
• Monitor and assess budget variations
• Contribute to strategic decisions through financial analysis
• Manage industrial accounting activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Industrial Controller according to the orders-logic
• In-depth knowledge of industrial accounting and financial practices
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
