In 1986, Telema is set up in Milan, Italy, by a group of managers. Management consulting, organisation management, management systems and issues related to human resources are Telema's key endeavours.
In 1992, head-hunting and human resources assessement services are added on.
In 1997, Telema Brazil is set up in synergy and integration with the Milan Headquarters.
In 1998, Telema per l'Arte - the Organisation & Promotion of Cultural Events Division - becomes available to business organisation, public institutions, museums, school as well as consumers.
The Psychological Services Division, within its overall skills assessement, counselling and coaching branches, develops from Telema's Consulting & Selection Division.
In 2000, Telemagiovani - Telema for the Young Generation Division - specialises in hiring and corporate career introduction of young business talents.
In 2001, Telema Sagl is set up in Lugano, Switzerland, to provide a more exacting range of choices to European and global clients through a concentration of services such as those pertaining to the fashion industry.
Over the next few years, offices will be opened in some of the major cities in the world as well as in some Eastern European key business centres.
