Riccardo Zuffo had a managing position within the Pirelli Group for twelve years. At present, he is professor of Psicologia del Lavoro at the Schools of Economia e Commercio and Psicologia at Università Cattolica di Milano.

Giovanni Carbone worked for a known  large consumption company (Unilever Group). In the last eight years, he has been active in selection and organisational consulting. He is lecturer of Psicologia del Lavoro at the School of Economia e Commercio at Università Cattolica di Milano.
