Jobs Long lasting relationships are established with clients and co-workers based upon mutual confidence, transparency, availability and straightforwardness.
Therefore, a strict code of ethics and business policy are implemented based upon the following criteria:
  • acceptance of assignments generating value for clients which can be successfully accomplished; definition of job schedule and methodology; performance review if not fully satisfactory for the client; limited number of clients in each business sector;
  • guarantee on information confidentiality to both clients and candidates; corporate clients personnel not involved in research; assignments from single candidates not accepted;
  • hired consultants fully comply with Telema's ethics and business policy and refrain form accepting business assignments from corporate clients. Ethics and business policies are an integral part of Telema's successful business.
